What Information Do We Collect About Our Customers?
Information collected by Customer Centric is used for three main purposes. First, we collect information to improve the Web Site by determining which of our areas, features and forums are most popular. Second, we may now or in the future collect information to personalize the experience of the users of the Web Site. Finally, we collect information to communicate with you and to inform you about our services. We gather the following types of information:
Information You Give Us: We receive and store any information you enter on our Web Site or give in any other way (e.g., by telephone). This may include information you provide when you register as a member, engage in transactions, search, contact customer service, or participate in contests, promotions, surveys, forums, content submissions, chats, bulletin boards, discussion groups, requests for suggestions or other aspects or services offered by us. As a result, you may be supplying us with nonpublic personal information that relates specifically to you and that is not readily available from a public source such as your name, address, phone numbers credit/debit numbers, expiration date and other billing information people to whom purchases have been shipped, including addresses and phone number names and e-mail addresses of friends and other people.
Automatic Information: We automatically receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. For example, as most web sites do, we use "cookies," and we obtain certain types of information when your web browser accesses suddenlee.com. This information is compiled and analyzed on both a personal and an aggregated basis, and it may include the Web Site's Uniform Resource Locator ("URL") that you just came from, which URL you will go to next, what browser you are using, and your Internet Protocol ("IP") address. Other examples of automatic information we may collect are purchase history, products viewed or searched for, visits to certain pages, page interaction information and the phone number you used to call our 800 number. We associate the information we store in cookies to personally identifiable information you submit while on our Web Site. Information Provided by Third Parties: We may obtain certain information of customers from third parties. This may include updated delivery or address information from carriers.
IP Address: Every computer connected to the Internet is given a domain name and a set of numbers that serve as that computer’s “Internet Protocol”, or IP, address. When a user requests a Web page from the Web Site, our Web servers automatically recognize that user’s domain name and IP address. The domain name and IP address reveal nothing personal about the user other than the IP address from which the user has accessed the Web Site. We may use this information to examine our traffic in the aggregate, but do not collect and evaluate this information for individuals. Our Web servers do not automatically record e-mail addresses of users.

Identifying Spoofed, Phishing, and Fraudulent Emails
Some customers may report receiving "spoof" or "phishing" emails that appear to come from our Web Site. These emails ask for sensitive information that could result in fraudulent activity. We will never ask you for sensitive information via email. If you receive an email requesting any personal information, please do NOT proceed with any request, do NOT enter any information, and do NOT click on any link in the email. What do Spoof and Phishing Emails Look Like?Spoof and Phishing emails look as though they come from well-known companies. In reality, they are from someone attempting to commit identity theft. When you look at or open a spoof email in your inbox, it will show the sender as a legitimate email address (such as email@example.com), but upon further investigation, the email proves to be a complete fabrication. These emails will usually have text and graphics stolen from genuine websites. The content of the email will either ask you to enter your private information (such as suddenlee.com passwords, social security numbers, or credit card numbers), or it may provide a link to direct you to a forged web page or site where an attempt may be made to steal your identity.
If you have questions regarding a suspicious email, please contact us immediately.
If you have additional questions or comments of any kind, if you see anything on the Web Site that you think is inappropriate or if you would like to have any or all of your personal information withheld from third party organizations and companies and/or from third party service providers, please let us know by sending your comments or requests to CustomerCare@suddenlee.com or call us at 877-604-5163.
